How to book a moving container for your interstate relocation

When you are ready to confirm your move with us, it is recommended that you either call the office (1300 659 221) or reply to the quote email advising that you would like to confirm and requesting a call back.  Please also leave a phone number.

The confirmation process normally takes less than 10 minutes. Once complete, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your project (moving) plan and a copy of your invoice.

When booking your container, we require a $300 deposit. The balance is due two business days prior to delivery to the destination address.

Do I need to have definite dates and a destination address when booking the container?

No. Rough dates are fine when booking - although we will need to firm them up as we get closer to your actual moving date. A large proportion of our customers do not have a destination address when booking their container, or even when the container gets to the destination rail terminal.  We have storage as an option on all containers at all locations and are used to adjusting project plans at the last minute.

How far in advance do I need to book the container?

Three or four days is normally about the minimum time we need to get an empty container organised in most locations. At busy times of year (such as holiday periods) it is best to allow as much time as possible.
