Can a container be placed on the road or other public place?

In general, you should check with your local council to see if they allow containers to be placed at any location that it not on your property. For us to place a container in any public space, we will require something in writing from the council (or other relevant authority) at least two days prior to the scheduled delivery.  If the council requires a copy of our public liability insurance certificate (20m), this can be supplied upon request.

Unfortunately, we do not get involved in applying for council permits on behalf of our customers although we can provide a copy of our public liability insurance certificate if this is required by the council.
